WANTED: Puppy/dog in February in Bowser, British Columbia for sale

I'm looking to get a puppy or dog in February. I'll be moving to an 11 acre farm at that point, and want to wait until after the move to get a dog.
I'm totally fine with doing training. I actually love to train animals. Needing to be house trained is fine... The only thing I'm not willing to work with, if it's an adult dog, is dog or small animal aggression. My family has an elderly dog, and I have a 15lb shih tzu, as well as there being cat and chickens on the farm.
The dog would be living indoors with me, but would be coming on trail rides with my horses and I very regularly. They would be long trail rides, so I need something that is able to go for long distances (think 2-3 hour trail rides... keeping up with a horse.)
I'm wanting bigger than 25lbs... i'm open to 20lbs dogs but it honestly depends on the type of dog. :) I'm fine with anything bigger than that. I just don't want anything smaller than that.
Would prefer short-medium coat.
Does NOT need to be purebred.
